It’s that time - the last tug at the tight wire and all your buddies say nothing, but hand you drinks and blink at you sadly. Should you be worried? You haven’t yet mentally prepared yourself to say, “This is my wife...” and you’re not entirely sure she isn’t sleeping with your best man (the one who keeps giving you drinks). Your mother won’t stop muttering under her breath about how excited she is, which only makes you all the more terrified, but not as terrified as when your fiance’s mother files through her list of to-do’s and makes you pick out doileys for dishes. Something’s got you squirmy, totally sleepless, and your She-To-Be is too busy to reassure you with sex. Will it all smooth over by the time you’ve reached the altar or will it explode before you manage to make it up front? (Real Question Being: Stick it out or run?).
