Part Caribbean Kiss / Lime twist


  • 1/2 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Malibu Rum
  • 1/2 oz. 7-Up
  • 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
  • One lime
  • Ice

Cut out a wheel or wedge from a lime. Squeeze the juice from the remainder of lime into a glass and place aside. Fill a shaker with ice, then add the rums, the 7-Up, and the pineapple juice. Swirl and strain into a glass. Top with lime juice and add the lime wheel or wedge to garnish.

Lemon-Lime Long Island Ice Tea


  • 1/2 oz. rum
  • 1/2 oz. vodka
  • 1/2 oz. gin
  • 1/2 oz. tequila
  • 1/2 oz. triple sec
  • Sour mix
  • Coke (topper)
  • One lemon
  • One lime
  • 1/2 tsp. of lime juice

Add the rum, vodka, gin, tequila, and triple sec into a shaker of ice. After adding the sour mix, shake and strain into a glass. Top with coke. Cut the lemon and lime to form a wheel. Use the excess lemon and lime to squeeze the juices together into one separate glass. Top the strained drink with coke and add the juice. Serve with the lemon and lime wheels.

Lime Daiquiri


  • 1 oz. rum
  • 2 oz. sour mix
  • 1/4 oz. Lime juice
  • One lime wedge
  • One orange wedge

Add the rum and sour mix into a shaker of ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Top with lime juice and garnish with the lime and orange wedges.

Sprite, Rum & Lime


  • 1 1/2 oz. rum
  • 1 oz. Sprite
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice
  • One lime wheel

Pour the rum and Sprite into a glass of ice and stir once. Top with the lime juice and wheel, then garnish with mint leaves. Serve this refreshing cocktail-it’s worth a try.

Scotch Whiskey & Lime

  • 1 1/2 oz. scotch whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • Ice

This is one of the easiest drinks to make. Pour the scotch and lime juice into a glass of ice, stir, then serve.

Gin & Tonic With A Twist Of Lime


  • 1 1/2 oz. gin
  • 1 oz. tonic
  • Ice
  • One lime

Cut out a wedge of a lime. Squeeze the remainder of the lime over a glass and put the glass aside. Add the gin and tonic to another glass of ice. Stir once and top with the lime juice. Drop in the wedge and serve.

The Margarita Line

  • 1 can frozen limeade
  • 8 oz. tequila
  • 3 oz. triple sec
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • Ice
  • Salt

The Margarita Line can be served as the Classic Margarita (uses 2 oz. of tequila) and the Frozen Margarita (uses 8 oz. of tequila). Big difference. To make the Frozen Margarita, add one can of frozen limeade, tequila, triple sec and lime juice into a blender filled with ice. Blend until smooth. Serve on a salt rimmed frosted glass. Dip the rim of the glass in water to salt, then place inside of the freezer.
