Part Caribbean Kiss / Lime twist

- 1/2 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- 1/2 oz. Malibu Rum
- 1/2 oz. 7-Up
- 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
- One lime
- Ice
Cut out a wheel or wedge from a lime. Squeeze the juice from the remainder of lime into a glass and place aside. Fill a shaker with ice, then add the rums, the 7-Up, and the pineapple juice. Swirl and strain into a glass. Top with lime juice and add the lime wheel or wedge to garnish.
Lemon-Lime Long Island Ice Tea

- 1/2 oz. rum
- 1/2 oz. vodka
- 1/2 oz. gin
- 1/2 oz. tequila
- 1/2 oz. triple sec
- Sour mix
- Coke (topper)
- One lemon
- One lime
- 1/2 tsp. of lime juice
Add the rum, vodka, gin, tequila, and triple sec into a shaker of ice. After adding the sour mix, shake and strain into a glass. Top with coke. Cut the lemon and lime to form a wheel. Use the excess lemon and lime to squeeze the juices together into one separate glass. Top the strained drink with coke and add the juice. Serve with the lemon and lime wheels.
Lime Daiquiri

- 1 oz. rum
- 2 oz. sour mix
- 1/4 oz. Lime juice
- One lime wedge
- One orange wedge
Add the rum and sour mix into a shaker of ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Top with lime juice and garnish with the lime and orange wedges.
Sprite, Rum & Lime

- 1 1/2 oz. rum
- 1 oz. Sprite
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice
- One lime wheel
