A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Paris, Eric Greenspan has trained with celebrated chefs the world over. He recently hosted Nat Geo’s Eric Greenspan Is Hungry and has appeared on numerous culinary competition and food reality shows. A James Beard Award semi-finalist, Eric is now the Executive Chef and owner of Greenspan’s Grilled Cheese, The Roof On Wilshire and Maré. He lives in LA with his wife and son, Max.
