Average Salary of Goldman Sachs’ Employees $521,000

In 2006 this was the average salary of an employee of Goldman Sachs. Goldman paid out $11.7 billion to its 22,425 employees. I realize the administrative assistants didn’t get this but I don’t care if some of the big wigs screwed up the average, that’s amazing. I can’t imagine any company in the world with over 10,000 employees can even come close to those numbers.
