Pendleton Woolen Mills, the 150-year-old maker of sturdy American classics (their iconic plaid wool overshirt is museum-worthy) has been killing it on the style front lately. The brand’s upscale line, the Portland Collection, is completely masculine but totally distinctive: Printed wool jackets, sweaters and shirts are inspired by the brand’s trademark Native American-inflected patterns from the ’70s. Not sure you can rock a full-torso print? Pick up a wildly unboring scarf or duffel bag.
