Adrianne Marie Curry is an American model and a TV personality. Her claim to fame is winning the first season of America’s Next Top Model hosted by Tyra Banks.

Adrianne dropped out of high school to pursue a career in modeling. Things didn’t exactly work out as planned as she was the victim of many modeling scams and checked in to rehab for her drug problems. But then she found salvation on UPN when she tried out for America’s Next Top Model. Adrianne got first place on the show and since then has modeled for Life and Style Weekly, US Weekly, Marie Claire, Lucky, Macy’s and Famous Stars and Straps. Despite her success from ANTM Adrianne has repeatedly griped about the show because she claims she never received the top prize she was promised. She also claims that host Tyra Banks was actually quite a mean person when the cameras were off her. As a result, ANTM has cut all ties with Adrianne.

Despite this bad experience Adrianne decided to join another reality show in 2005. This time it was Vh1’s Surreal Life, which is different from America’s Next Top Model because it’s not a competitive show. It was here that Adrianne met the love of her life, Christopher Knight. After the Surreal Life she and Christopher starred in their own reality TV show called My Fair Brady (because Christopher played one of the kids in the Brady Bunch, get it?). The show was quite successful and the two returned for a second season that aired in 2006. The two plan on making a third season just as soon as Adrianne is no longer pregnant.
