Alison Brie Introduction
Alison Brie is an American actress most known for her role as Trudy Campbell on the successful AMC drama series, "Mad Men" and as Annie Edison on the NBC sitcom "Community." She ranked #99 on the Maxim Hot 100 list for 2010.
Alison Brie Life Story
Alison Brie was born in Pasadena, California and acted on stage at the Jewish Community Center in Southern California as a child. She graduated from South Pasadena High School in 2001 and then from the California Institute of the Arts with a Bachelor's in theater. Prior to becoming a television actress, Brie had worked as a clown at birthday parties, and performed in local theatrical plays in California.
She got her start in film with the short film Stolen Poem. One of Alison's first television roles was the minor character Nina on "Hannah Montana" in 2006. She then went on to star in the web series "My Alibi."
She continued to land a few more film and television roles over the next two years when she got her biggest role to date on "Mad Men." She recently finished working on the film Montana Amazon (2010) with Olympia Dukakis and Haley Joel Osment and is continuing her work on "Community."
Recent film work for Alison includes Scream 4 (2011), The Five-Year Engagement (2012) and Save the Date (2012).
