If someone asked you to name the most All-American hot chick you could think of, you’d not be wise to pick Brittany Snow. She’s the (seemingly) sunshine-spirited blonde best known for her years on American Dreams.

Brittany Snow Life Story

Born in Tampa, Florida, in 1986, Brittany began modeling at the age of 3. At 12 she won the role of troubled teen Susan LeMay on the soap opera The Guiding Light. About the time her stint on this show ended, Brittany turned to anorexia, stupidity, and self-mutilation. At 16 she starred as Bandstand-dancing Meg Pryor on the NBC show American Dreams (along with the now-vivacious Vanessa Lengies).

After grabbing an Emmy for that role, Brittany appeared in the testosterone-deficient The Pacifier with Vin Diesel and Lauren Graham, then co-starred with a bevy of hotties in John Tucker Must Die (Ashanti, Sophia Bush, Arielle Kebbel, Jenny McCarthy). In 2009 Brittany played a precocious Neo-Nazi on Nip/Tuck (talk about going against type), and in 2007 she acted and sang in Hairspray (Michelle Pfeiffer, Amanda Bynes), playing bratty TV show queen Amber Von Tussle. (Obligatory joke: We’d like to tussle with her.)

She had the lead role in the horror pic Prom Night (2008) (a remake of the Jamie Lee Curtis classic), she played the titless character in Finding Amanda (2008), and had a starring role in On the Doll (2007).

On May 11, 2009, Brittany will star on an episode of "Gossip Girl" that will serve as a back door pilot for a new spin-off series. The new show will takes place in the 1980’s and follow a young Lily van der Woodsen (Snow) as she is forced to move in with her estranged sister, Carol (Krysten Ritter), in California's San Fernando Valley. If the series gets picked up, it will air on The CW network in the Fall of 2009.

And if you’re worried that Brittany won’t be in many films in the next couple of years, stop worrying. Due up: she’ll star with Aisha Tyler in Black Water Transit (2009), (Tyler and Snow—thank you, casting agents) and Clock Tower (2010) with CSI hottie Louise Lombard.

Brittany made the 2012 Maxim Hot 100 list, coming in at number 48! Not bad, not bad at all.
