Carla Gallo Introduction

Carla Gallo is best known for her roles in Undeclared and HBO's Carnivale as well as her roles as the "toe-sucker" in The 40 Year Old Virgin (2005) and "Period Blood Girl" in Superbad (2007).

Carla Gallo Background

Born in Brooklyn, New York on June 24, 1975, Carla Gallo knew very early on that acting was going to be her passion. After attending the LaGuardia School of Performing Arts to study theater and acting, she moved on to Cornell University where she graduated with a degree in theater arts.

Carla Gallo Acting Career

Her arrival as a serious actress came with 1994's Spanking the Monkey, an indie comedy/drama. After that she went through a career lull until 1999 when she appeared in The 24 Hour Woman.

She then starred in Undeclared, a television series on FOX that ran from 2001-2002. After the show was cancelled, she landed a role on the HBO series, Carnivale. That role led her to the film Sexual Life (2005) and the successful comedy, The 40 Year Old Virgin (2005).
