Caroline Alexa McBride

Caroline Alexa McBride is the Public Relations Director for Serafina Restaurant Group where she facilitates communications for all eight restaurants in the organization which employs over 850 people. Her duties also include promoting Serafina’s packaged food division and supporting the Serafina Everywhere catering and events portion of the company. Before joining Serafina Restaurant Group, McBride played an integral in launching and branding Behind the Burner, a culinary website, while managing the daily operations as the company’s COO. She also had a successfull career as a licensed and bonded fundraiser in New York City where she raised millions of dollars for local non-profits while at the helm of McBride Capital Campaigns and Events, Inc. McBride earned her B.A. in Political Science at Loyola Marymount University and holds an M.A. in International Relations from the Universiteit van Amsterdam where she studied as a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar.
