IGN Babes Interview: Carrie Dalon Atlanta-born native makes her home in Los Angeles. We owe you one, Georgia! by IGN Babes May 30, 2007 - We've got to hand it to Surf Illustrated. Every time we experience the glory that is a new Surf Illustrated babe, we feel that they must be at their peak of "quality". Yet, time after time, they keep outdoing themselves. Carrie Dalon, the latest prey to their keen-eyed photographer and interviewer, is definitely no exception. Have a look (and a read), and we're sure you'll agree. Pics and Interview courtesy of out good pals at Surf Illustrated.

IGN Babes: Where were you born?

Carrie Dalon: I was born in Atlanta, Georgia.

IGN: Where do you call home?

Carrie: Right now, Los Angeles, but Atlanta is still my home.

IGN: As a teenager what were some of your interests? Were you into academics, athletics-sports, the band, choir, theatre-drama, the arts, sciences, cheerleading, the boys...

Carrie: Well I've always been into music, and I loved going to shows with my friends. I also did cheerleading for awhile, and I was a little boy crazy.

IGN: What personality trait or traits would your friends say best described you when you were younger: Mama's girl, daddy's girl, tomboy, bookworm, nerd, geek, flirt, tease, class clown, tattletale, brat, troublemaker, little miss goody two shoes, or little devil?

Carrie: I've always been a daddy's girl, and I have two older brothers so being the only girl and the baby spoiled me a little. I used to get into a lot of trouble especially in high school, actually I probably gave my parents hell, come to think of it!

IGN: What made you interested in modeling and/or acting? How old were you when you first got started? Who or what was a key influence to your getting started?

Carrie: Well my mother modeled and I always admired her. I modeled as a child but I basically started around the age of 14. When I was little I loved that George Michael video with all the supermodels!

IGN: So did we. So what kind of movies are you into?

Carrie: I love all types of movies. I love comedies and dramas. It is important that a film makes you think about an issue or experience, as long as it evokes some sort of emotion whether it be happy or sad I will like it.

IGN: Name one or two movies you viewed when you were younger that either scared you, shocked you, made you laugh, cry, inspired you, moved you, or helped you see the world in a different way?

Carrie: I loved the movie Forrest Gump, because it's about all the up and downs of life. I also loved seeing the different decades.

IGN: Where are some of the places you've traveled that you would like to go to again and why?

Carrie: I loved Key West in Florida. The water is beautiful and the beaches have the clean white sand. The people there are so nice, I loved it!

IGN: What are some of you current hobbies or interests?

Carrie: I am currently working in production, and I love it. I hope to get more involved in the creative aspects of production, such as writing.

IGN: What are some of the qualities or traits you look for in man? Any turn-ons or turn-offs you want to share about the guys you are attracted to or not attracted to?

Carrie: I guess since I was raised in the South I love to be treated like a lady. Manners are important, but I also love bad boys, as long as they don't treat me bad! Some of my turn offs are guys who tip bad, rude guys, self-absorbed guys - confidence is good though!
