Though not a big star yet, the fetching Dana Davis’s role on the show Heroes (Hayden Panettiere, Ali Larter) almost guarantees her a legion of comic book dorks to be drooling over downloaded jpegs of her any day now.

Dana Davis Life Story

Dana was born in Iowa but raised all over the Midwest. She’s been working steadily in TV since 2000 when she debuted on The Steve Harvey Show. Since then, she’s appeared on Boston Public (Rashida Jones, Jeri Ryan), That’s So Raven (Raven-Symone), Cold Case (Kathryn Morris), Gilmore Girls (Alexis Bledel, Lauren Graham), The O.C. (Mischa Barton, Rachel Bilson), The Nine (Lourdes Benedicto), and CSI:Miami (Emily Procter). If you’ve turned on a TV this decade, odds are you’ve seen her on it. She also found time to costar in Raise Your Voice with Hilary Duff and graduate from Loyola-Marymount University with a degree in music.

All these credits and accomplishments were a prologue to her work in Heroes. She plays Monica, a selfless fast food restaurant employee with the ability to replicate any physical motion she witnesses. As Dana herself spends much of her free time doing volunteer work, it’s clear that playing such a kind character wasn’t much of a stretch (except for the part where she has incredible super powers).
