Deena Payne
Deena Payne (born 29 August 1954 in Orpington, Kent) is an English actress and former singer who now plays Viv Hope in ITV's Emmerdale. Since the departure of Leah Bracknell (Zoe Tate) in 2005, she is the show's longest serving female cast member.

Deena Payne (born 29 August 1954 in Orpington, Kent) is an English actress and former singer who now plays Viv Hope in ITV's Emmerdale. Since the departure of Leah Bracknell (Zoe Tate) in 2005, she is the show's longest serving female cast member.
She used to tour with ex-Animals keyboard player Alan Price as a backing singer as well as being in the novelty girl band Cats U.K.. She was also one of the dancers in Rock Follies of '77 It was revealed on 7 November 2007 that Deena Payne will be taking a 12-month break in the summer of 2008 but she will return in 2009.
