Emily McKay is best known for hosting three popular podcast (Internet radio) shows including DatingCast, Online Dating Profile Rating and the X & Y On The Fly Dating Podcast.
She also produces a monthly program for women called Keys To Bliss and is the author of the Click With Him advanced dating advice program as well as the Attraction Makeover program for women.
Known also for a strong presence in the social networking world, Emily's Facebook profile is currently ranked among the Top 20 worldwide by grader.com. Recently, she was selected for inclusion in the "Social Media Divas" pinup calendar produced by womenwhoruletheworld.com.
Emily is married to well-known dating coach and author Scot McKay, who proudly considers her his "proof of concept". The couple was married on December 11th, 2006 and have one child together--a son named John Scot Micajah McKay, Jr.
They reside in San Antonio, TX and each have a respective child from a previous marriage.
Their company (which produces all of their programs) is X & Y Communications LLC, also the parent for subsidiaries such as DateToOrder (online dating services), X-NET Media (podcasting network) and ScotAndEmily.com (relationship advice).
Interestingly, Emily and Scot met on Match.com--each having recently gone through divorces where spousal mental illness was an issue.
Emily's friendly, playful, decidedly feminine demeanor and pleasant speaking voice work impressively in combination with her words of wisdom on relationships and now famous rock-solid emotional stability.
It's not unusual for interviewers to introduce Scot to their audiences as "the luckiest man alive" or "the man who has what every guy wants".
Recognized dating expert Amy Waterman has called Scot and Emily "the perfect couple".
