Evelyn began her gambling career hustling pool at age 14. By age 17, she had expanded into dealing blackjack and poker games in private card rooms in Toronto. She soon realized she could make more money being at the other side of the table. After playing extremely well in Toronto for years, she moved to Las Vegas.
Ng has been seen on playing televised poker on NBC’s Poker After Dark, the National Heads-Up Poker Championship and the World Poker Tour. She was a participant in the King of Vegas television series on SpikeTV, and featured in the second series of British game show Casino Casino as the poker croupier. She also appeared on Criss Angel Mindfreak as a professional poker player.
