Federica Fontana

With her sultry looks and magnificent measurements, she began modeling in her teens. Therefore she started to appear in TV and public ad campaigns, and in 1995, at the age of 18, she placed second as "Miss Buona Domenica" (Miss Good Sunday), and third as "Bellissima," or "Most Beautiful," in her native Italy.

In 1995, Fontana kicked off her career as an Italian television personality participating as an assistant in La sai l'ultima?.

In 1997 she appeared on TV in the programs Presentazione del Milan, Mai Dire Gol, Volevo Salutare, Strettamente Personale and was a host for Slurpiamo, an on-air program for children on Junior Tv Antenna 3. In 1998 she was in the cast of Scatafascio, Paperissima (edizione 1998-1999), and Un Anno di Sport. In 1999-2000 she substituted for another showgirl in a supporting role for Massimo De Luca in the program Pressing Champions League.

From 2000-2001 she appeared in Il Processo del Lunedì alongside Aldo Biscardi and in Mai dire Maik. From 2002 to 2006 she hosted, together with Alberto Brandi, Guida al Campionato, on air on Italia 1 every Sunday in which the Series A Italian soccer championship was played. After that appearance she has achieved notable popularity and in 2003 she was called to appear in Ciro presenta Visitors, a comedy, and, in the summer, in Bande Sonore (as host). In October of 2004 she appeared in Super Ciro (Italia 1). In 2006-2007 she replaced Elisabetta Canalis in Controcampo-Diritto di replica, a television program on air every Sunday of the Series A Italian soccer championship, thus leaving Guida al Campionato after four years.

As a model she has posed nude for the 2004 calendar of the magazine Controcampo and has leased her image to several ad campaigns.

She is married to Felice Rusconi since 1997. They together have a son, Noe, and a daughter, Sofia.
