Hari Priya

Her original name is Shruthi. She has completed Pre University from Vidya Mandir. It was the ambition of her late father to become an actor. Her grandfather was in theatre plays . She hails from Chickballapur. It is in this place her father was running two bakeries. Her brother got a job in Bangalore and she had to shift to this beautiful Bangalore. She evinced interest in Bharatanatyam and learnt it for a few years.

Though her first film Manasugala Maatu Madhura tanked, there has been no looking back for Haripriya. Haripriya's second film "Vasantha Kaala" sank at the box office. Flops notwithstanding, the actress is getting good offers. Other than "Mukhyamantri I Love You", she has signed "Ee Sambhashane" and forayed into Tamil films with "Kanagavel Kakka".

Even though her new Kannada movie Kallara Santhe is doing well at the Box Office, which was released in December, 2009
