Hayley Atwell is a British actress who made her debut in a 2005 Pringles television advertisement and served on the jury for the 2007 British Independent Film Awards.
Her first feature film role was in Woody Allen's 2007 film Cassandra's Dream, in which she acted opposite Ewan McGregor and Colin Farrell. In 2008, she appeared in the films The Duchess (as Lady Bess Foster) and Brideshead Revisited (as Lady Julia Flyte).
In March 2008 Atwell played the title character in Major Barbara at the National Theatre, London, opposite Simon Russell Beale and Paul Ready.
She recently appearred in the 2009 TV miniseries remake of "The Prisoner." She also stars in Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), in which she plays the hero's love interest, Peggy Carter.
