There are a lot of women for whom the words “can stop traffic” have been applied. In the case of television presenter, poker player, football enthusiast, and occasional fire eater, Helen Chamberlain, the axiom is actually true. Before we get on to the topic of how her dangerous curves caused a rare accident that involved a pair of double decker buses, let us introduce you to this fascinating woman. Before her career got going as a personality for Sky Sports, her lot in life included feeding the seals lions at Chessington World of Adventures. While she was giving one of the large aquatic mammals their breakfast, her wetsuit clad figure caught the eye of producer for the cable channel Nickelodeon. From there her career has involved being a presenter for the shows Soccer AM, The Big Breakfast, and RI:SE. While doing her duty on these shows she would not only bring her natural wit to bear but occasionally she would show off her skills as a fire eater. In 2004 she did a photo shoot for the gentleman’s magazine Penthouse. The popularity of her photos led to more modeling work; which led to a bus accident. While on location at Trafalgar Square and modeling in her underwear, the sight of the scantily clad blonde beauty caused the driver of a bus to lose his concentration and ram into another bus. When she is not presenting, covering football, or causing traffic accidents, Helen enjoys playing poker. In 2005 she won $400,000 when she came in second at the Poker Millions. Her luck continued when she used part of her winnings to purchase a race horse; that promptly won a race, and added another $50,000 to her bank account. Helen is entering her fourteenth year as the presenter for Soccer AM and will be a regular Sky Sports personality into the foreseeable future.
