Jennifer Hawkins Life Story

Jennifer Hawkins was born in Holmesville, New South Wales, Australia, in 1983. An athletic girl with stunning good looks, she became a cheerleader for the Newcastle Knights Rugby League team, as well as the Hunter Pirates basketball team, which most likely does not feature a player who can dunk. Hawkins soon decided it was time to spread her wings, as she entered in several beauty pageants in Australia, and soon became Miss Australia.


In 2004 she took her title of Miss Australia and was entered in to the famed Miss Universe pageant, taking place that year in Quito Ecuador. Hawkins was crowned by outgoing titleholder after famously being announced by host Billy Bush as the "thunder from down under" It’s unclear whether the puppeteer that operates Bush was fired. Since her reign as Miss Universe, Hawkins has made her living as a spokesmodel and personality, frequently making guest appearances on shows such as Deal or No Deal, The Great Outdoors, and Australia’s Dancing with the stars. In 2006, she received a Logie Nomination, an Australian award for most popular new female talent. One can only assume she used the award to steady any wobbly tables in her apartment.

As of now, Hawkins is dating international model and former carpenter, Jake Wall. The couple gives hope to Carpenters that aspire to model, and carpenters who wish to sleep with models, all over the world.
