Jenny Powell (born 8 April 1968, Ilford, England, UK ) is a British television presenter.
Jenny Powell attended Woodford County High School for Girls in Woodford Green.
Powell began her career in 1986 presenting the BBC2 music programme No Limits and then moved to Saturday morning television for children, first co-presenting UP2U for BBC One during the summers of 1988 and 1989, CITV's Ghost Train and then Gimme 5, again on CITV. In the mid-1990s, she became the hostess on ITV's version of Wheel of Fortune. More recently, she has presented Soap Fever, Live Talk, Getaway, and "Our House" for UKTV Style. She tried to make it as a stand-up comedian in Granada Television's Stand Up Jenny, and was a regular on ITV's Loose Women. In 2005, she was one of the competitors in the ITV reality TV show, Celebrity Wrestling, competing under the name, The Avenger. In 1997 she appeared on Channel 4's Brass Eye, a satirical spoof documentary show produced by Chris Morris. She talked earnestly about the perils of 'heavy electricity' and warned that the south of England could be catapulted towards Finland if people did not bang on wires with hammers.

TV Presenter Jenny Powell has kicked out her husband after finding out he cheated on her while she was pregnant.
Jenny, discovered millionaire Toby Baxendell had started his affair with recruitment consultant Suzanne Galloway, while she was expecting their second child.
Now Jenny, who fronts Channel 5 quiz Wordplay and BBC's To Buy Or Not To Buy, is living in the family's mansion in Altrincham, Cheshire, with daughters Connie, eight, and five-month-old Pollyanna.
She has recently started presenting on BBC One's To Buy or Not to Buy, and on 11 June 2008 made her debut on ITV's Bingo Night Live.
From 23 March 2009, she presents a new quiz show, Wordplay and Wordplay Plus on Five in the old Going For Gold slots.
