Julie Cook (b.8th March 1954) is a former England and Great Britain field hockey international who has played for England between 1980 and 1989 and has played in goal. 1980 was when the curly haired brunette made her debut at Wembley Stadium as a substitute goalkeeper to Pauline Gibbon until 1985 when Pauline Gibbon retired. She is a PE teacher at Harwich Secondary School.She has even played as a actual goalkeeper in the 1988 Seoul Olympics.
