Introduction

Kate Albrecht is an American actress, who is most famous for her role as "Christy" on the HBO comedy series Entourage. She is the daughter of HBO Chairman and CEO, Chris Albrecht. Because of her father's high ranking position, she could have taken the lead role of Vincent Chase, but decided to let Adrien Grenier go for the part, and opted for a less demanding, more female one for herself.

Career

In her spare time, Kate designs jewelry under the name "KM Designs." She aspires to be a "renaissance woman," and by that does not mean that she wishes she were susceptible to Bubonic Plague, but that she follows the ways of the great Renaissance artists, who were really hot, and had a lot of hot friends and stuff. She loves acting, directing, filmmaking in general, and just being creative.

She reprises her role of Christy in the fourth season of Entourage. She also starred in the 2006 film, Taking 5, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. Robert Deniro was said to have wept.

She has also just finished shooting the comedy, Deep in the Valley, and according to her myspace page, it was "Loads of fun." That's great.

She also just got back from Boston where she had a role in Bachelor No. 2 starring Dane Cook, Kate Hudson, Alec Baldwin and Jason Biggs. She played a "wacky and precocious babysitter". Oh, those precocious babysitters! Always developing certain abilities and proclivities at an earlier age than usual! She "had an amazing and giggle-filled time," which is interesting, because Dane Cook was there, and he usually kills the possibility for amazement and giggling.
