Katee Sackhoff Life Story

She began her career as many actresses do, taking small roles here and there, until she became a series regular on the short lived series “The Education of Max Bickford.” From there she starred in Halloween: Resurrection (2002), the eighth and worst installment of the franchise. Her big break came when she landed the role of “Captain Kara ‘Starbuck’ Thrace” on BattleStar Gallactica (Tricia Helfer, Grace Park). Despite the fact that she had never seen the original programming prior to winning the role which was originally written for a man, she has earned a legion of fans and has become somewhat of an icon for both geeks and lesbians alike. To geeky lesbians she is God. She was also a cast member on "Bionic Woman" (Lucy Hale, Michelle Ryan) where she played “Sarah Corvus.”
