Kelli McCarty (born September 6, 1969 in Liberal, Kansas) is an American model and actress who was crowned Miss USA in 1991.
Kelli McCarty won the Miss USA beauty contest in 1991, competing as Miss Kansas USA. Kelli McCarty's victory was a much celebrated one because the event took place in Wichita in her home state, and because it marked the first time a contestant from Kansas had won the title. Kelli McCarty was later a finalist in the Miss Universe pageant.
In the mid-1990s McCarty went on to pursue a career in acting. Kelli McCarty appeared as the maniacal Beth Wallace on NBC Daytime's Passions from 1999 until her character was killed off in a train explosion in 2006. She also had a recurring role as Ms. Lovelson in the Disney Channel Original Series Even Stevens and also guest starred on Dream On, Beverly Hills, 90210, Melrose Place, Phil of the Future, That's So Raven and Beyond the Break. KELLI MCCARTY was also featured in the first episode of the Internet series Poison.
In 2008 Kelli McCarty signed with adult entertainment company Vivid Entertainment. McCarty starred in Vivid's hardcore feature film Faithless in 2009 - her first hardcore film.
Former Miss USA 1991 Kelli McCarty has decided on a new career turn now that her seven-year stint on the soap opera 'Passions' has ended. She's making the move to porn in the Paul Thomas directed film, FAITHLESS.
"I enjoy acting, and I really like sex, so this was the perfect opportunity to combine two of my passions," McCarty says in her defense. "I approached Vivid with the idea of shooting a film with a sexy but interesting storyline, and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of control I was given throughout the production process. I am very pleased with the final edit of Faithless, and I just may do another adult film."
Something tells us when she sees the paycheck that comes along with laying on her back and getting nailed on camera, that 'just might' will become 'hells yeah!'
