Krista Ayne

Krista Ayne is a well-established model and up-and-coming actress based out of New York. After her first modeling job at the age of nine, Krista knew she had found her calling, and went on to flourish in New York, which provide the perfect backdrop for her to pursue her passions for acting and modeling.

Krista’s career in modeling was kick-started with some early print and commercial bookings for major brands like Verizon, Azzure Denim, and Paco Jeans. Today, Krista’s resume includes 11 magazine covers (including Rolling Stone and Penthouse), several ads and commercials, editorial work and more.

Krista has also hosted Fuse TV’s popular “Pants Off Dance Off”, and her own show for Spike TV’s Late Night Strip called “Bikini Pool Shark”. Krista recently completed shooting an episode of “Z-Rock” for the Independent Film Channel.

In the last few years, Krista has also earned roles in films like The Bleeding (in production), The Lodger (in production) and Kettle of Fish.

Most recently, Krista was tapped to play one of four lead roles in HBO's latest Cinemax cross-over series, [http://lifeontop.com "Life on Top"], an exciting new coming of age drama set in New York City. The new series, based on a novel, is scheduled to debut on October 2, 2009 on Cinemax.

With a strong commitment to training, Krista was able to successfully transition her talents in front of the camera to a career in acting, beginning with music videos. As the lead in Jesse McCartney’s “Beautiful Soul” music video, Krista helped propel the video to the top of MTV’s TRL list. It remained a top ten video for fifty consecutive weeks. Krista went on to appear in videos for 50 Cent, Devin Lima, Usher and more. In 2007, rap prodigy Pittsburgh Slim rose to fame as Jay-Z’s protégé after his video for “Girls Kiss Girls” starring Krista Ayne became an smash hit on YouTube
