Life Story

Kristin Davis, best known as the prudish Charlotte on Sex and the City is as adorable as she is felixable. The former Yoga instructor ditched her yoga class after landing a role on Melrose Place playing Brooke Armstrong Cambell. Though she left the show soon after because she didn't like her "bitchy" character. After a few guest roles on show such as Seinfeld and Friends, Davis landed the role of Charlotte on HBO's adult comedy Sex and the City (Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall) in 1998. She was nominated for an Emmy ward for the show and a Golden Globe in 2004.

After the show ended, Davis continued to act in kid-friendly films such as Disney's The Shaggy Dog and The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lava Girl. In 2006, Davis became a spokesperson for Mabeline cosmetics and appeared in a commercial for Head and Shoulders.

Davis struggled with alcohol for several years, but is proud to be twelve years sober now. She is currently wrapping up filming the Sex and the City movie, which is scheduled to hit theaters in 2008. Davis recently found herself in a media storm after photos which appear to show her performing oral sex on a boyfriend appeared on the internet. A representative of Davis vehemently denied the photos were her.
