Layla Kayleigh Life Story

Kayleigh was born in South London, England. When Layla was 12, her mother traveled to America in a bid to get U.S. citizenship for herself and Layla, and Layla opted to stay behind. She "never told a soul" about being alone, for fear that social services would come for her.

On September 12, 2008 Layla Kayleigh became an Official United States citizen.

In June 2009, Layla announced that she was expecting her first child with radio personality Steven Covino. The baby is due in November 2009.
