Lee Newton

Lee Newton is a comedian who mainly performs improvisation and short skits. She is alumni from the Comedy group The Groundlings. Newton also studied theatre in College. However, she is best known for being a full time host of the YouTube news channel SourceFed.

On February 6th 2012, Newton's fellow co-hosts, Elliott Morgan and Joe Bereta released a video telling the viewers of SourceFed how to vote for Lee in Maxim's Hot 100 list, as a direct result of previous videos specifically two videos; AskMen's top 99 Most Desirable Women of 2012 and UGO Networks' top 99 Most Desirable Fictional Women of 2012. The overwhelming response from these videos were that Lee should have been included. The Maxim voting website added a CAPTCHA after a flood of votes for her. On April 3rd, Maxim released an update of the most popular 'write-ins' of 2012. The list was kept random, but Lee was mentioned as having 'list potential.' In result, she reached #57 in the 2012 list of Maxim's Hot 100 women, which was the highest Write-In position.
