Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, (Aug. 5, 1945) the famously blond Loni Anderson actually grew up a brunette. As a teenager she won a variety of beauty pageants and can lay claim to the following titles: Miss Thermo-Jac Clothing, Miss Thom McCann Shoes, Miss No Frost Eskimo and Queen of the Hole-In-One. She was also a finalist in the Miss Minnesota pageant.

As an actress she is best known for her work on the sitcom "WKRP in Cincinnati", but she has appeared in dozens of film and television roles since then, often making cameos and guest spots like her 3 episode story arc on "Melrose Place" (Heather Locklear, Daphne Zuniga, [[Courtney Thorne-Smith]]).
