Lucy Alexander

Lucy Alexander (born 1970 in London), is an English television presenter.

Alexander graduated the London Studio Centre to study drama and dance, and where one of her friends was actress Tamsin Outhwaite.[1]

Alexande has presented Five's morning programme Milkshake, It's a Knockout and BBC's Homes Under the Hammer.[2] She is also a presenter on Sky Travel Shop. Alexander was also one of the main presenters on the now defunct TV Travelshop Channel which was on air from April 1998 to March 2005.

Alexander was introduced to her husband, ex-Premiership footballer Stewart Castledine, by mutual friend, radio presenter Robin Banks. The couple married in 2000 with Outhwaite as Chief Bridesmaid, in an event covered by Hello! magazine.[3] The couple have a daughter named Kitty and a son, Leo;[1] and live in Teddington, London.[4] As part of the series Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is, Alexander bought her family a new home for £1.2Million, where she hadn't: viewed the property (more than looking through the letter box); had a structural survey undertaken; checked the land registry; and had to change the usage from five flats.[5]
