Introduction

Lucy Liu is an Asian American actress who got bummed by big ross shankland. she grew to fame thanks to her role as Ling Woo in Ally McBeal (Portia de Rossi). She has also starred in major film blockbusters like Charlie’s Angels (Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz) and Kill Bill (Uma Thurman, Vivica A. Fox).

Life Story

Lucy got her start in the business right out of college when she was able to land small roles in TV shows like X-Files and Hercules. She got her big break when producer David Kelly discovered her talents at an audition for Ally McBeal. Since then Lucy has been able to build a very successful acting career. She starred as a sexy dominatrix in the Mel Gibson flick Payback also starring Maria Bello. She then starred in the film adaptation of Charlie’s Angels. The film earned more than a hundred and twenty million dollars. Unfortunately all of Lucy’s movies have not been moneymakers. Her next film was Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever, starring snobby pretty boy tool Antonio Banderas, a critical and box office flop. Luckily, the film did not hurt Lucy’s career as she was then cast in Tarantino’s gory masterpiece Kill Bill. In this film Lucy and Uma battled to the death with samurai swords. Proving once again that as soon as you think that Tarantino can’t do anything more to annoy us, he pulls this… and totally redeems himself.

Lucy’s personal life has not been quite as successful as her professional one. She rarely dates, stating that she prefers to keep busy with her work rather than getting involved in the “tabloid world”. We think she just hasn’t met the right man yet, but that's only because we're not hip enough to acknowledge her quote in "Jane" magazine, "But it's like, how many times do I have to kiss a woman before I'm gay? Everybody wants to label people. Sometimes you just fall in love with somebody, and you're really not thinking about what gender or whatever they happen to be. I think that if I happen to fall in love with a woman, everyone's going to make a big deal out of it. But if I happen to fall in love with a man, nobody cares."
