How important is Malia Jones? Well, every time you see a hot chick with a surfboard jump into the water, you can thank Malia. She’s been credited as one of the most influential people furthering the interest of girls in the sport of surfing. Also, she’s important due to the fact that she is ridiculously hot.

Malia Jones Life Story

Malia was born in Loma Linda, California, but at age 2 moved to Kailua, Hawaii. According to her, she’s been surfing since she was a baby, which most likely consisted of her parents putting her infantile body on a surf board and laughing as her fear induced tears streamed down her face with each wave. At age 15 she won the United States Amateur Surfing Championship in the girls division. While competing, Surfing Magazine spotted her and asker her to model for their magazine. From there her modeling career skyrocketed.

People magazine named Malia one of the “50 Most Beautiful People,” an honor that sometimes goes to people who aren’t that attractive but do interesting things, but in this case it was due to her attractiveness.

Malia currently divides her time designing swimwear, acting in television commercials, and surfing.
