Marguerite Moreau is an American actress best known for her roles in Queen of the Damned, Blossom, and The Might Ducks films. She’s also made high profile cameos in Lost, The O.C., and Smallville. Okay, so she doesn’t have the best taste in projects, but hey, she’s quite a looker.

Marguerite was born in Riverside, CA, a suburb of Los Angeles. Her first big break came when she landed the recurring role of Melanie on Blossom in 1994-95. She landed regular guest spots as a child actress, but decided to put all of this on the back burner to attend Vassar College. There, she attained her BA in Political Science, in 1999.

She then returned to Hollywood, and landed roles in Wet Hot American Summer and Queen of the Damned. Everyone knows a background in political science is crucial to slap-stick comedy and understanding hot, sexy vampires. Marguerite landed several other prominent movie roles, including starring opposite Gene Hackman in Runaway Jury, and in the independent film, Easy, across from Naveen Andrews.

Marguerite currently is continuing to pursue both film and television. In 2006, she played across from her largest co-star to date, Jorge Garcia, in the “Everybody Hates Hugo” episode of Lost. (“Largest” is referring to sheer mass, and not star-power in the preceding sentence). Marguerite has a regular role on the ABC series What About Brian, and has a pair of films set for release in 2008.
