Megan Abrigo holds briefcase #6 on NBC's "Deal or No Deal" as of January 2009. Her official bio there says:
Megan was born and raised in Mililani, Hawaii. In high school, she was not a pageant girl, but she was Homecoming Queen and that has to count for something!
The first in her family to graduate college, Megan is an alumna of Loyola Marymount University where she graduated with a double major in Theater and International Relations. After college, she worked for the U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires in the Public Affairs Department and would eventually love to go back to school for her Master's in International Diplomacy.
Her acting career began a couple of years ago. At a party, a manager asked a mutual friend if Megan was a trained actress; without Megan knowing, her friend gave him a copy of a film Megan did in college. The manager called Megan and said, "You're going to make money, and I want to take 10%!" So began her acting career.
Besides being a talented actress, Megan is also a fantastic cook, Scrabble fanatic, and something of a nerd.
Today, she continues to work as an actress, and is excited about many upcoming projects.
