Molly Culver is an American actress and model of 1/4th Chickasaw/Choctaw Native American descent. She is best known for portraying the role of Tasha Dexter on the syndicated TV series V.I.P.Two years into college, her agent told her she could be a model. Soon, she found herself in Australia for six months, landing on covers of several magazines. For the next five years, she modeled but, feeling unfulfilled, she moved into acting. She started out doing commercials for products such as Secret Deodorant and Life Savers. After doing more than 50 commercials, she moved to Los Angeles in 1998 and got her first big acting job on an episode of the series “Pacific Blue.” Molly was then cast as a series regular on “V.I.P.” When “V.I.P.” ended, she hosted the show “Dirt Rider Adventures” on OLN for 2 years. She also starred on the short-lived series “Heist” as Rebecca Gordon.
Culver has been a commentator on just about every “I Love . . .” show on VH-1 including I Love the '70s, I Love the '70s Volume II, I Love the '80s, I Love the '80s Strikes Back, I Love the '90s, I Love the '90s: Part Deux, I Love the New Millennium, I Love Toys, and I Love Talking about Nonsense for a Small Appearance Fee.
Molly got married in 2006, had a baby, and took a few years off. She returned to work in 2009, and appeared in a number of TV commercials including spots for Symbacort, the Chase Sapphire credit card, as well as an Olive Garden commercial where she plays the mother of Sarah Hyland. Additionally, she is the hostess of an infomercial for the “3 Minute Legs” sculpting program. She also starred in Contradictions of the Heart (2009) and had an uncredited role in the film It's Complicated (2009) playing Steve Martin’s girlfriend in a dream sequence.
