In 2005 she won the Logie Award for Most Popular New Female Talent at the 47th Annual TV Week Logie Awards, for her performance in Neighbours, whilst she was still cast in a recurring role, a rarity in the award show's history. After scattered appearances between 2003 and 2004, she returned in 2005 as a main cast member, remaining until late 2008. Blair was also nominated in 2007 for both the Gold and Silver Logie, for Most Popular Personality on Australian Television. She was again nominated for both awards in 2008.

In 2008 Natalie was crowned 'Queen Of Teen' at the Australian Teen Choice Awards at Sydney's Luna Park, as voted by readers of popular Dolly Magazine. The same year she was also voted 'Hottest on TV' by the annual voting poll ran by TV Week.

Since the completion of her five years on Neighbours, Natalie has relocated to Los Angeles. She just recently wrapped on the Feature Film Stage Fright, returning home to the Queensland hinterland for a brief period, to play a psychotic woman struggling with rejection.

In 2006 she shot the feature film Voodoo Lagoon (aka Hunt), it was here that she met fellow actor Beau Brady, whom she was engaged to briefly.

Natalie is also a professionally trainer singer, having studied at the QLD Conservatorium of Music and the Johnny Young Talent School. She has said that Musical Theatre is her biggest passion.

In December 2007 she starred in the Spillers Ltd Production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs as Snow White at Shrewsbury Music Hall United Kingdom. [4] Blair also sang solo and acapella the first verse of 'Once in Royal David's City' at the annual BBC Shropshire Carols in the Square event in Shrewsbury on 19 December 2007.
