Patricia Arquette Introduction

Just because you are a product of a family of mediocre actors (such as David Arquette, Rosanna Arquette, and Courteney Cox does not mean you have to also be a mediocre actress. Still, that is exactly the life Patricia Arquette has grown to live and love, oh, but don't tell her that her teeth are crooked, she flips out.

Patricia Arquette Life Story

At the age of eighteen she got her start in show business in 1986's Pretty Smart. A year later, she gained attention for her breathtakingly dramatic and subtle role in the critically lauded, Oscar considered, A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors. But it wasn't until she starred in Tony Scott's ultra-violent True Romance, that her career took off with roles in Stigmata, a story about bleeding and God, Bringing Out The Dead, with then hubby Nicholas Cage, Human Nature, Disney's Holes (insert joke here), and Flirting with Disaster (not talking about her career).

In 2005 she began starring in her first television series, NBC's Medium which was just picked up for a fourth season of mediocrity. On the show she plays a woman who can talk to the dead (no, it is not a remake of the 6th sense, she is a woman and not a kid) and uses it to solve crimes. If only a ghost could really tell her what films to act in things would be different for their whole family.
