Introduction

Peyton List is an American actress. You should not confuse her with child actress Peyton R. List. (Unless you want to go to jail.) Statisticians from the world’s leading universities have gathered to determine the chances of two women being named Peyton List entering the same profession. Their conclusion: there are not enough zeroes in the world to come up with an answer.

Life Story

She attended Roland Park Country School in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. She landed the role of Lucy Montgomery on the soap opera "As the World Turns" in 2001. Her soap character's popular pairing with older bad boy Dusty Donovan (Grayson McCouch) garnered many fans and a lot of press for the young actress. List left the soap in 2005.

Recently, List starred in the movie The Greatest Game Ever Played (2005), as Shia LaBeouf's character's love interest. She also had a guest appearance on "Smallville" as Lois Lane's little sister.

She also has played Tally Reida on NBC's "Windfall" and Solaris, a 15 year old model, in the CW's "One Tree Hill." She followed that with a role in the ABC's "Big Shots," where she played Cameron Collinsworth, the daughter of a cosmetics firm CEO played by Dylan McDermott.

Other recent roles for Peyton include homewrecking secretary Jane Siegel on AMC's "Mad Men," and the movies Shuttle (2008) and Deep Winter (2008).

Currently, Peyton stars on the new ABC science fiction drama series "FlashForward."
