Phoebe Tonkin is an Australian actress and model. Phoebe's first television show appearance was on the Australian teen show H2O: Just Add Water, where she plays one of the three main characters, Cleo Sertori, a girl who can turn into a mermaid.
Tonkin's other credits include appearances on the Australian series "Packed to the Rafters" and the film Tomorrow, When the War Began (2010), and guest starred on the soap "Home and Away" in 2010. She has appeared in various commercials, including ones for Vauxhall Motors and Chic Management. Phoebe also models, and has done various photo shoots for catalogues and magazines such as Girlfriend and Dolly.
In the Fall of 2011, Phoebe will star on the new CW series "The Secret Circle."
