Romina Gaetani

Romina Gaetani (born on April 15th, 1977) is an Argentine model, singer, and soap opera actress.

Childhood

Romina Gaetani was born on April 15th, 1977, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her father, Carlos Gaetani, works for an insurance company, and her mother, María, is a housewife. She has a brother called Leonardo, who is an architect. From an early age she showed interest for acting, so she signed up for the local theatrical institute Andamio 90, on an acting career, for a period of four years. During this period she went to high school on the Santa Ana institute in Villa Ballester, on the Greater Buenos Aires area.

Acting career

Her first role on TV was on the Argentine soap opera "Verdad consecuencia" (Truth or dare) on the year 1998. During this year she also had her theatrical debut on the musical comedy “El rey David”, playing the role of Betsabé, and under the direction of Pepe Cibrián Campoy. Later that year she joined the cast of popular Telefe TV series Verano del '98 (Summer of '98), on the role of Carla. However, it was her participation on children's series Chiquititas, on the leading role of Luz Linares, that would finally win her the acclaim of the public. On the period 2007-2008 she took part of TV series "Mientras haya vida", sharing the screen with Saúl Lizazo and Andrés Palacios.

On march 2008 she joined the cast of soap opera "Don Juan y su Bella Dama" with Joaquín Furriel, Benmamín Vicuña and Isabel Macedo. With great popularity, the series ended on March 9th of 2009.

Personal life

Since 2006 she's in a relationship, with musician and former member of the rock band Versuit Bergarabat, Héctor Limón García.
