Sarah Cawood (born 7 August 1972 in London) is an English television presenter. She grew up in the Cambridgeshire village of Maxey.
She was educated at Stamford High School near Peterborough, United Kingdom. Between 1995 and 1996 she worked as a presenter for Nickelodeon UK. In 1997, she moved on to present The Girlie Show. From 1998-2000, she presented the Karaoke quiz, Night Fever. She has also presented on MTV, Live & Kicking and Top of the Pops. She has co-presented the midweek and Saturday National Lottery programmes and is also a reporter on the Channel 4 show Richard & Judy. In addition to this, she presented an information video for Argos for staff training purposes. In May 2006, it was while she was presenting The National Lottery Jet Set, alongside Eamonn Holmes that Fathers 4 Justice invaded the studio, she however carried on and later claimed it was her training on MTV which allowed her to 'ad-lib' and continue. On 6 November 2006 Sarah introduced Feeder on stage at their War Child show at the Roundhouse in Camden, London shortly after the band gained their 3rd platinum album. In 2006, she won a Celebrity Edition of the Weakest Link, beating Cricketer Phil Tufnell in the final. In November 2006 she took take part in the BBC's Celebrity Scissorhands for Children in Need. She also co-presented BBC3's coverage of Comic Relief does Fame Academy. On 10 May 2007 Sarah commentated on the semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 alongside Paddy O'Connell for viewers in the United Kingdom. Around this time Sarah also starred as the 'hidden' celebrity in an episode of the CBBC show Hider in the House.
Sarah now presents the word based quiz show That's The Question on Challenge which began airing on 14 May 2007.
She is 5' 1" tall and stood on a raised platform throughout a celebrity edition of Weakest Link in 2006. For many years Sara dated The Bluetones' guitarist Adam Devlin. She is now dating famous drummer Emmet Cleaver. She was a bridesmaid, along with Fearne Cotton, at Holly Willoughby's wedding
