Teresa Palmer

Introduction

In her native Australia, Teresa Palmer is a favorite. She's gaining some attention in the US, especially for horror fans. But wherever you're from, you'll agree: she's hot.

Life Story

Palmer was born in Adelaide, Australia in 1986. She graduated from Mercedes College, one of Australia's most prestigious high schools in 2003, at the age of 17. With a valuable high school degree in hand, Palmer opted out of going to college in order to pursue acting. Before getting major roles, however, Palmer worked at a mall outlet store. She got her first taste of acting in 2005 as an extra in an Australian horror movie called Wolf Creek. The next year, Palmer would get her name out there. She played a young kidnapper on the lam in the Aussie flick Ravenswood, and a troubled high schooler in the acclaimed indie movie 2:37. 2006 is also the year that America got its first taste of Palmer. It certainly wasn't the last. In the horror gore-fest The Grudge 2, she played a substantial supporting role. In 2007 Palmer acted alongside Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe in December Boys. 2007 Teresa also starred in Restraint along side fellow aussie model/actor Travis Fimmel. In 2008 she co-starred with Adam Sandler in the new comedy Bedtime Stories. In 2009 she will be co-starring with Vincent Perez in a scifi action movie The Last Warrior Directed by John Eyres.

Palmer has been romantically linked with Stewart Dew, an Australian Rules Football star. But most recently, that honor has been bestowed upon Topher Grace, the dude from That 70's Show and Spiderman 3. Coincidentally, Palmer and Grace are co-stars in the upcoming Take Me Home Tonight. Palmer's other upcoming project is The Justice League of America, where she will play Talia Al Ghul, the love interest of Batman. Micheal Keaton is depressed that he won't reprise his role in this film.
