Yolanda Perez

Descended from European nobility, Yolanda was born in Montreal, Canada. During the first years of her life, the family moved to Venezuela,Dominican Republic and New Jersey. She attended all of elementary school and the first year of high school back in her hometown, only to move to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to attend the rest of Middle School. By this time, Yolanda was fully fluent in English, Spanish and French. After winning a full scholarship to attend the Salzburg International Preparatory School in the tenth grade, Yolanda left for Austria. She later attended Marianopolis College and the prestigious McGill University. During her university years, Yolanda completed a summer UN internship in Mexico. She had the opportunity to travel around the Yucatan peninsula and learn more about UNDP programs.Soon after graduation in 2002, she embarked on a banking career. She has worked at the Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Montreal for several years. She currently works at the second largest US bank, as an Associate in the Investment Bank. She is currently working on her first novel and screen play due to come out later next year.
