If you’re not going to be traversing the links in a GPS-equipped luxury golf cart, and you prefer not to use a caddy, then there is no better pushcart available for you than the Clicgear 3.0. As the first name in pushcarts (starting in 2007 when they were awarded Best New Product at the PGA Merchandise show), Clicgear has consistently turned out carts that offer a surprising amount of utility for how small the fold down to. Especially since they’re trikes.
The latest iteration – uncreatively dubbed the 3.0 – has an improved folding system mounted in aircraft-grade powder-coated aluminum which is available in 8 different colors: lavender, silver, white, blue black, orange, or red. It’s also got a new storage net, a new brake handle (something has to stop the inertia of all that convenience), and umbrella sleeve and a foot brush. The only more suitable way to transport your clubs we’ve seen is in Phoenix at the Westin where they have jury-rigged Segways that you ride right along with your cart.
It’s also pretty affordable as far as pushcarts go. At only $210, if you don’t mind being the old guy with a three-wheeled cart, you can’t afford not to roll in style.
