How to Make It

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.

Why We Like It

You know what’s better than a box of chocolates on Valentine’s Day? A chocolatey cocktail with essences of ginger (an aphrodisiac!) and orange. The Ménage à Trois is a super-simple, super-boozy drink made with just three sexy ingredients: a creamy chocolate liqueur (I used Godiva), ginger liqueur and orange liqueur.

While I realize this is not the first or only cocktail to be called The Ménage à Trois, it was really the only appropriate name for this concoction made with three strong, distinct liqueurs. And because it’s so simple, this recipe can easily be doubled—or, ahem, tripled—if you’re making it to share.
