  1. 2 ounces bourbon
  2. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  3. 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  4. 2 ounces 1% or 2% milk
  5. ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

How to Make It

Glassware: Rocks Glass

Method: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake well, then strain into a glass filled with ice and enjoy.

NOTE: To make the simple syrup, combine 1 cup white granulated sugar, 1 cup water in a saucepan over high heat. Mix well, and as soon as the mixture reaches a boil, remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. (You’ll have some left over. It will keep in a mason jar in the fridge for up to six weeks.)
