Why We Like It

If you’re an American, there are really strong odds that you love a Moscow Mule from time to time. Data shows that it’s starting to unseat the Margarita as our favorite mixed drink. And there’s nothing wrong with a Moscow Mule, but let’s be honest, it’s not as exciting now as it once was. Stay ahead of the curve with this twist, which builds on the successful combination of ginger and lime by adding the vegetal flavors of Green Chartreuse and a smoky, herbaceous kick from burnt thyme. ‘Monk’ comes from the inclusion of Chartreuse, which is still produced by Carthusian monks in southern France.
