Post-Turkey Tonic


  1. 2 ounces rye whiskey
  2. ½ ounce orange liqueur
  3. ½ teaspoon honey
  4. 6 dashes Angostura Bitters
  5. Pinch of cayenne pepper
  6. Tonic water
  7. Lemon twist for garnish

How to Make It

Add the rye whiskey, orange liqueur, honey and bitters to a double rocks glass. Stir well, until the honey is dissolved and incorporated, then add the cayenne pepper and stir some more. Add a large ice cube or a handful of ice, top it off with tonic water and garnish with the lemon twist.
