Why We Like It

It’s the first official day of spring, and I think it’s safe to say we’re all welcoming it with open arms. To celebrate, I’ve whipped up one of my favorite refreshing cocktails from the the “Spring” section of Cocktails for the Four Seasons by Jenny Park & Teri Lyn Fisher, the duo behind the super-fun food blog, Spoon Fork Bacon. This delightful drink calls for rosemary simple syrup, which is made just like regular simple syrup—1 part sugar to 1 part water on the stove—with the addition of fresh rosemary for infusion.
